Job summary

QUANTUM LEAP CAREER CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. represents a Luxury Fashion brand in Singapore seeking a store/warehouse-inventory role. You will manage stock handling, tagging, IT entry, packing, and coordination for transfers to support store operations.

Candidates with warehouse or logistics experience and good English skills are invited to apply; weekend shifts are required, and Excel proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates with warehouse or logistics experience are an advantage.
• Good command of English and able to blend with the team.
• Willing to work retail shifts including weekends; basic Excel skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety of the products and the valuable material in the store.
• Ensures that the goods in are entered into the IT system.
• Lays out the products in the store according to the set criteria and place in designated shelving.
• Prepares the products destined to the sales floor (anti-theft tag, price tag).
• Prepares the goods for repairs/ returned send to repair lab, etc.
• Perform Internal Outlet Transfer (IOT) whenever there's request by the sales floor team.
• Dispatches the goods to clients/factories/other stores or warehouses.
• Prepare packing, scanning and process in system external transfer of goods to other countries in the Group.
• Packing of past season goods to be delivered to Origin whenever items on the shop floor are not sold
