Job summary

Polène in Singapore is seeking dedicated store team members to deliver a premium luxury shopping experience for an international clientele. You will support stock management, product transfers, and frontline customer service in our flagship environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in luxury retail, demonstrate autonomy and adaptability, and communicate effectively within a collaborative team to meet sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with high-end international clientele.
• Experience in luxury goods or leather goods is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, proactive communication, and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Creator of the Polène experience for in-store customers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing product flows: cartons, deliveries, stock storage.
• Coordinate with the supply manager and sales team on inventory and stock availability.
• Rotate between floor duties and stock areas to understand all product lines.
