CLARIST RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking passionate Sales Associates for a globally recognised premium fashion brand in Singapore. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, understand the brand, and contribute to boutique sales performance.

You will work with luxury service standards, manage cashiering and stock, build a loyal client base, and collaborate with the team during weekend and public holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, luxury, premium retail, beauty or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive and customer-first mindset.
• Well-groomed and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maximising cross‑selling opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the brand's products and collections to provide professional styling advice.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Support daily boutique operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective clienteling and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and luxury service standards.
