Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties and set up supplies and tools.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Communicate clearly and professionally and maintain excellent guest relations.
