Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Luxury Fragrance Retail Assistant for Orchard, Singapore. You will provide personalised service, present fragrances, and maintain stunning store presentation.

This role features a 5-day week (Wednesday to Sunday), with a basic salary of SGD 2,600–2,800 plus commission of SGD 500–1,000. Join a premium beauty environment and grow product knowledge and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Passion for luxury fragrances and customer service.
• Retail, beauty, fragrance or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Confident, well-presented and service-oriented.

• Provide warm, personalised service to customers in a luxury retail environment.
• Introduce and recommend fragrances based on customers’ preferences and needs.
• Share product knowledge, fragrance notes and brand stories confidently.
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Assist with product displays, merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
• Handle cashiering, stock replenishment and daily retail operations.
• Support promotional activities, launches and in-store events when required.

Location: Orchard

Basic Salary: $2,600 – $2,800

Commission: Approx. $500 – $1,000

5-Day Work Week | 44 Hours per Week

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday

Fixed Days Off: Monday & Tuesday

What You’ll Be Doing
