HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring Luxury Beauty Retail Assistants across Singapore. Join renowned luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and beauty brands with opportunities at Orchard and Marina Bay Sands locations.

Basic salary ranges from $2,000 to $2,700 per month, with attractive incentives and commission where applicable. Expect 4–8 days off monthly depending on brand roaster. You will deliver warm, professional customer service, assist customers in selecting skincare, fragrance and beauty

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and luxury retail.
• Experience in beauty or customer service is an advantage.
• Well-groomed and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and professional customer service.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, fragrance or skincare products.
• Provide product information and create a personalised shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

We are hiring Luxury Beauty Retail Assistants / Beauty Advisors to join established luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and beauty brands across Singapore.

Salary Package

Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,700/month , depending on experience

Attractive incentives / commission applicable

4-8 off days per month , depending on brand and roster

Various locations across Singapore, including Orchard and Marina Bay Sands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver warm and professional customer service
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, fragrance or skincare products
• Provide product information and create a personalised shopping experience
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support individual and store sales targets
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment and daily retail operations
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, launches and beauty trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Passionate about beauty, fragrance, skincare or luxury retail
• Retail, beauty or customer service experience is an advantage
• Prestige or luxury beauty experience is advantageous for selected openings
• Well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
