HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring Luxury Beauty Retail Assistants to join established luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and beauty brands across Singapore.

You will deliver warm, professional customer service, understand customers' needs, recommend products, and build strong relationships while supporting store sales targets.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty and luxury retail.
• Retail, beauty or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Prestige or luxury beauty experience is advantageous for selected openings.
• Well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and professional customer service.

We are hiring Luxury Beauty Retail Assistants / Beauty Advisors to join established luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and beauty brands across Singapore.

Salary Package

Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,700/month , depending on experience

Attractive incentives / commission applicable

4-8 off days per month , depending on brand and roster

Various locations across Singapore, including Orchard and Marina Bay Sands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver warm and professional customer service
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, fragrance or skincare products
• Provide product information and create a personalised shopping experience
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support individual and store sales targets
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment and daily retail operations
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, launches and beauty trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
