You will coordinate photoshoots, manage campaigns with HQ designers, assist in events, and oversee merchandising updates with retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business.
• Fluent in English.
• Versatile profile: manage multiple tasks on short timelines.

Responsibilities

• Compile media clipping and track media exposure with PR agencies.
• Coordinate photoshoots and ensure internal processes and guidelines are followed.
• Prepare materials for print and digital campaigns with HQ graphic designers.
• Support development, execution, and recap of brand events with boutique teams and retail partners.
• Follow brand guidelines for trade merchandising and manage visual merchandising calendars.
• Develop training materials and incentives with the sales team.
• Assist in organizing online shared files and tracking budgets/invoices.
• Consolidate presentations for monthly reports and best practices.
