Qualifications

• Experience in a Household Manager or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate external service providers.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage household schedule and calendar, including appointments.
• Handle bills, payments, and records, and perform admin duties.
• Maintain up-to-date records of documents, invoices, and service reports.
• Supervise household staff and coordinate rosters and shifts.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, pest control, and facilities-related matters.
• Liaise with building management, landlords, contractors, and vendors.
• Source vendors, obtain quotes, and prepare recommendations.
• Assist in planning household events and travel arrangements.
