You will lead initiatives that connect clients with personalized experiences and premium service in a cutting-edge luxury environment. You will collaborate with Retail Programs, High Jewelry, and Private Client teams to drive outreach, events, and client planning, ensuring a seamless, memorable Tiffany experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Craft the client development strategy for the Flagship store.
• Be the client experience bridge between store levels and external partners.
• Oversee Client Development, Retail Programs, and High Jewelry in ION.
• Manage in-store Clienteling Tools and Data, ensuring data-driven decisions.
• Drive Client Experience, Events and Activations to elevate luxury service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the client contact strategy with personalized outreach and client planning within the Flagship experience.
• Partner with external partners and retail teams to ensure consistent luxury service standards across environments.
• Grow client loyalty and sales by creating integrated experiences and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Team Managers and Private Client teams to drive sales plans and client acquisition.
