Cartier Singapore is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Ion Flagship, delivering exceptional luxury jewellery experiences before, during and after a sale. You will actively build your client portfolio and strive to meet boutique targets, while nurturing client loyalty and providing personalised service.

As an ambassador of the Maison, you will participate in daily boutique operations and contribute to a seamless, high-standard client journey.

• Have commercial ability and selling skills
• Provide excellent service and client-focused
• Exercise flexibility and take the initiative to serve at the highest standard

Responsibilities

• Create a unique client experience before, during and after a sale.
• Proactively develop your client portfolio and meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
• Participate in daily boutique operations as and when required.
