Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in luxury retail (bags, shoes, RTW, accessories).
• 2+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance on the floor, hit store targets, and motivate the team to sell.
• Coach and mentor junior stylists to elevate service and sales.
• Manage daily store opening/closing, inventory control, and stock reporting.
• Maintain shop floor and visual merchandising to luxury standards.
