Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant luxury retail experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, passion for selling, and strong aesthetic sense.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all sales activities in store within Hermès standards of image and services.
• Deliver quality and consistency of service including identifying customers’ needs, developing client relationships, sale, and post-sale services.
• Support teamwork with discipline and mutual respect while demonstrating dedication and loyalty to Hermès.
• Understand company procedures and systems and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
