Qualifications

• At least 5 years in luxury retail sales, preferably in beauty/cosmetics/skincare.
• Professional certification in Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology, or related field is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with diverse customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance reflecting a premium brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build relationships to create a luxury shopping experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, explain benefits/ingredients, perform makeup applications and demos.
• Respond to enquiries and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets by identifying customer needs and converting consultations to sales.
• Maintain counter standards, stock levels, merchandising, and presentation of products.
