Job summary

Mondrian Singapore Duxton is seeking a courteous Housekeeping Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and related areas. Under supervision, you will service bedrooms and bathrooms, re-sheet rooms with fresh linen, replenish supplies, and ensure VIP gifts are stocked daily.

You will also assist with stocktaking and promptly address guest requests with a professional, welcoming approach.

Qualifications

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience an asset.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service bedrooms, bathrooms and associated areas to hotel standards.
• Re-sheet rooms daily with clean linen, dust furniture, and replenish supplies.
• Record serviced rooms and report rooms that cannot be serviced.
• Ensure VIP gifts are replenished daily and plant/flower care as required.
• Report any damage or faults to appropriate supervisor and assist in stocktaking.
• Handle guest enquiries professionally and follow hotel procedures.
