Job summary
HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking in-store beauty consultants at our Orchard location in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and recommending skincare, fragrance, and wellness products.
You will build lasting relationships, strive to meet sales targets, and stay informed about new product launches and promotions while supporting merchandising and daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in beauty or retail is advantageous.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on product launches and promotions.
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
- Ensure store presentation standards are consistently maintained.
