Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a Principal/Senior/Executive for Statistics & Service Systems Development to lead vehicle-statistics initiatives and drive service system improvements.

You will work with a dynamic team, manage requests from stakeholders, prepare publication-ready statistics and support process improvements while promoting knowledge management in line with IM4L guidelines.

Qualifications

• You have knowledge in Data Science/Analytics, Business or Information Systems.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management/presentation tools; UIPath or AI tools are advantageous.
• You are meticulous, analytical and possess strong communication skills.

What the role is

PRINCIPAL/SENIOR/EXECUTIVE, STATISTICS & SERVICE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

What you will be working on

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing vehicle-statistics and service systems. You will play an active role in supporting the operations and initiatives while managing requests from the internal and external stakeholders. In addition to preparation of accurate and meaningful statistics for publication and business process improvements, you will be working with the team to review, implement and promote knowledge management best practices and initiatives to ensure the compliance with IM4L guidelines.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in Data Science/Analytics, Business or Information Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with data management/presentation tools, UIPath, or AI tools will be advantageous
• Meticulous, accurate and possess strong analytical and effective communication skills
• Self-directed learner with passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Able to work in a team as well as independently and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
