Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for an Executive Engineer/Engineer, Electrical Services (Road & Special Projects). The role focuses on electrical systems across road and rail projects, delivering reliable power and infrastructure solutions.

You will design HV and LV reticulation schemes, supervise site testing and commissioning, and contribute to standards and tender processes. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and supervising HV/LV reticulation schemes.
• Experience in railway environments and traction systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

What the role is

EXECUTIVE ENGINEER/ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL SERVICES (ROAD & SPECIAL PROJECTS)

What you will be working on

You will provide engineering support for projects as well as engineering studies supported and undertaken by the Division. You will be involved in designing high voltage power systems, railway traction power systems and low voltage reticulation schemes; establishing engineering standards; preparing and participating in tenders; handling site supervision, testing and commissioning as well as reviewing technologies for both road and rail infrastructure/ applications and buildings.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in Electrical Engineering


• At least 3 years of experience in designing and supervising high voltage and low voltage reticulation schemes


• Knowledge of a railway environment and relevant experience in designing traction systems


• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills


• Those with more relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions
