Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Legal Counsel to join either the Land & International Rail Division or the Infrastructure, Technology & Cybersecurity Division. Depending on deployment, the successful candidate will shape Singapore's land transport and digital landscape through legal advisory and regulatory work.

Responsibilities include advising on statutory interpretation, land and construction claims, cross-border rail initiatives, technology contracts, and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Law (LLB).
• Work experience in regulatory and/or commercial matters, or a strong commitment to developing skills in these areas.
• In-house or public sector experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise on statutory interpretation and regulatory compliance in land transport and digital domains.
• Handle land and construction claims and cross-border rail initiatives.
• Counsel on technology contracts and ensure cybersecurity regulatory compliance.
