Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end land acquisition planning for transport infrastructure. You will coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders, provide budgeting guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging GIS to visualize spatial data.

What you will be working on

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in land management, land acquisition, or infrastructure planning, with a demonstrated track record of managing projects and leading cross-functional workstreams. Prior experience in infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
• Competency in interpreting spatial data and translating findings into proposals.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to work with multiple agencies and project teams.
• A self-starter who can operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining alignment with organisational goals and senior leadership's direction.
