Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Low Code Engineer/Senior Consultant to maintain, enhance and modernise a Singapore public-sector service. You will work across application development, production support, migration, and documentation, using OutSystems, OPA, Sitefinity CMS, and AWS.

The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership for a team of engineers, and collaboration with government agencies to ensure a smooth transition to a modern architecture.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• Completed at least one Singapore Government project with OutSystems production system (≥ S$5 million).
• Experience supporting production applications post go-live (incident investigation, defect resolution).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database in development or production support.
• Experience in enterprise tech env with development, infrastructure, integration, security or identity components.
• Senior Consultant: at least 7 years of hands-on development, 3+ years OutSystems, 2+ years leading technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test enhancements and fixes for OutSystems apps.
• Maintain backend logic, workflows, integrations and rules using OutSystems and OPA.
• Develop frontend using OutSystems and Sitefinity CMS.
• Maintain Oracle Database components, including schemas and stored procedures.
• Investigate defects and production incidents; support deployments and rollbacks.
• Support AWS-hosted components (S3, Lambda, EC2, ELB, CodeDeploy, KMS).
• Lead technical delivery and provide guidance for solution design and migration.
