Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Low‑Code Engineer to design, build, and support Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and citizen developers to translate requirements into scalable automation, dashboards, and workflows that improve productivity and governance.

You will mentor teams, contribute to governance and security standards, and accelerate digital transformation across projects.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, gained through work, internships, projects or personal initiatives.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify automation opportunities and design practical solutions.
Understanding of application development concepts, data structures, testing methodologies, and system troubleshooting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and document technical solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain low‑code applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating business needs into scalable and effective digital solutions.
Create process maps, solution designs, integrations, and technical documentation while ensuring governance, security, and quality standards.
Support system testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of applications and automation workflows.
Enable and support citizen developers through coaching, training materials, workshops, and guidance on Power Platform best practices and adoption.
Act as a trusted advisor on low‑code and automation capabilities, reviewing citizen‑developed solutions and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through digital innovation.
