Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Power Platform specialist to design and deliver practical low-code automation and analytics solutions that improve day-to-day business processes.

You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into secure, well-documented applications and workflows, building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and managing data in Dataverse and SharePoint Lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in software development, business analysis, IT project delivery/consulting, or similar roles with stakeholder-facing work.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI) or comparable automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse and SharePoint Lists, including the ability to structure and manage data effectively.
• Familiarity with low-code expressions/scripting or data querying (e.g., Power Fx, SQL) is an advantage.
• Able to convert business requirements into scalable, reliable solution designs and work effectively with delivery teams.
• Strong requirements-gathering and workshop facilitation capability; comfortable explaining solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable producing clear documentation (e.g., architecture overviews, process flows, data dictionaries, ER diagrams, data mapping, proposal materials) using standard office tools.
• Ability to assess existing tools/databases and recommend practical improvements.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision (e.g., 5+ years in an autonomous delivery role) is preferred.
• Interest in continuous learning and applying new technologies (including AI-related features where suitable).
• Strong prioritisation, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); other automation tools may be used when required.
• Design data structures and manage data storage using Microsoft Dataverse, including custom tables when needed.
• Review available connectors and plan integrations/interfaces with other systems and data sources.
• Support pre-sales and solutioning activities such as customer discussions, feasibility checks, proposals, and demos.
• Facilitate requirement discovery: run workshops/meetings, clarify objectives, and translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Proactively suggest value-adding features (including security and data integrity considerations) beyond initial requests where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (technical and non-technical) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain delivered solutions: troubleshoot issues, support operations, and implement improvements.
• Handle sensitive information appropriately and follow relevant security and data-governance policies.
