Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a hands-on Digital Workplace Engineer with strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform to deliver practical business solutions and guide digital workplace transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and support applications, workflows, and collaboration platforms, modernizing legacy solutions, migrations, and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience developing or supporting solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience configuring and administering SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions.
• Hands-on experience building applications using Power Apps and automations using Power Automate.
• Exposure to migration projects involving content assessment, migration execution, validation, and issue remediation.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design, build, and support applications, workflows, and collaboration platforms. You will also play a key role in modernizing legacy solutions, supporting content migrations, and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years of hands‑on experience developing or supporting solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience configuring and administering SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions.
• Hands‑on experience building applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automations using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Exposure to migration projects involving content assessment, migration execution, validation, and issue remediation.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and familiarity with modern web development concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and deliver user‑focused technology solutions.
• Experience working within structured development and delivery practices.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience using migration tools such as ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Manager.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Server or other legacy collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Understanding of records management, information governance, and access control principles.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing, production deployments, or post‑implementation support activities.
• Experience working within highly regulated or security‑conscious environments.
