Job summary

JW INTERIOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reliable Lorry Driver to transport goods between locations, follow delivery routes and schedules, and prepare delivery orders in advance.

You will inspect vehicles, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain communication with customers to provide quality service. The role requires a Singapore Class 4 driving license, at least 2 years of related experience, and the ability to handle loading/unloading of items weighing 25–40 kg.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Must possess at least a Diploma/Certificate in any field.
• Possess Singapore Class 4 driving license.
• Familiar with Singapore roads or able to use GPS.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods between locations following assigned routes and schedules.
• Prepare delivery orders one day in advance as per purchase orders.
• Ensure customers receive goods in good condition and on time.
• Handle loading/unloading and safe transportation of items (25–40 kg).
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries and complaints.

Job description

Responsibility：

As a Lorry Driver, need to responsible transport goods from location to location. You have to follow delivery routes and schedules as assigned. Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods. Besides that, according to the purchase order, prepare the delivery order 1 day in advance for delivery the next day.

• Ensure the customer receives the goods in good condition.
• Delivery purchase to clients on time and collect payments and issue receipts.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
• Loading, Unloading and transporting items to clients in a safe, timely manner.
• Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 25KG - 40KG for load and unload.
• Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Obeying the rules of the road and following company safety regulations.
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
• Reporting any accidents or delays in immediately.
• Follow food safety and quality regulations.
• Follow Manager and team leader instructions to completed the task and improve task in good service.

Requirement：

• At least 2 Year(s) working experience and related field are required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Possess a Singapore Class 4 driving license.
• Familiar driving on Singapore roads or able to use GPS
