Job summary

Avanz Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a responsible Lorry Crane Driver to safely operate lorry cranes for loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials to customer sites, ensuring compliance with safety and traffic regulations. You will conduct crane inspections, secure cargo, and maintain delivery records, with overtime payable according to company policy.

Minimum 2 years of lorry crane driving experience is preferred; candidates should be physically fit for outdoor work

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 Driving Licence.
• Valid Lorry Crane Operator Licence/Certificate.
• Knowledge of Singapore road regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate the lorry crane to load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
• Secure cargo properly before transportation to prevent damage or accidents.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicle and crane to identify defects or safety issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping on assigned vehicle to ensure operational readiness.
• Deliver materials to customer sites according to scheduled timelines.
• Comply with workplace safety policies and Singapore traffic regulations during all operations.
• Assist site personnel with loading and unloading activities as needed to support teamwork.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and relevant documentation for operational tracking.
• Report vehicle defects, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.

• Operate the lorry crane to load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely and efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience handling machinery, industrial equipment, or construction materials
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance to support minor troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Tuas, Jurong, and other industrial areas to optimize delivery routes
• Minimum 2 years of lorry crane driving experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Physically fit to perform outdoor work and handle job demands
• Demonstrated safety awareness and positive work attitude

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Saturday (when required)
