Job summary

The Midnight Project Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to support packing, order preparation and day-to-day fulfillment in an air-conditioned environment.

You will pick, pack, restock, and help maintain inventory while using basic fulfillment software. Flexible hours (2–8 hours/day) with extra shifts during peak periods are available.

Qualifications

• Warehouse environment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy to understand order processing flows.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to daily fulfillment lists.
• Assemble and pack products into boxes.
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.

• Use basic fulfillment software (training provided) to update order status.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse tasks as required.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for packing products into boxes, preparing customer orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day fulfillment processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a warehouse (air-conditioned) environment. Hours are flexible depending on order volume and promotion peaks.

Requirements

• Able to work in a warehouse (air-conditioned) environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Basic computer literacy to understand order processing flows
• Physically able to carry boxes and stand for extended periods
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Flexible to work more hours during promotion or peak seasons

Working Hours

2-8 working hours per day
Monday to Friday, Saturday (optional)
