Job summary

SAM SAM SAM PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant / Driver in Singapore to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations for F&B outlets.

You will receive, store, pick, pack, and deliver goods while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe workplace. You will also assist with new outlet openings and procurement logistics, with emphasis on timely deliveries and teamwork. A Secondary School education and a valid Class 3/3A license are required; forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary School / High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• English proficiency; Chinese advantageous for supplier/outlet communication.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Independent and team-oriented with attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods for storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Maintain proper storage and conduct stock checks.
• Deliver to INITIA Group outlets and collect from suppliers.
• Ensure vehicle is clean and well-maintained; report issues.
• Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist with new outlet openings and logistics tasks.
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisor.
