Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage receiving, stock maintenance, and order fulfillment. You will handle incoming goods, verify DOs, update the inventory system, and coordinate with drivers and internal teams.

The role offers a monthly salary of 2,000–2,500 SGD plus OT, AWS, and a performance bonus, with 5.5 working days and hours from 8:30am–5:30pm (Mon–Fri) and 8:30am–12:30pm (Sat).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Possess Forklift License.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods from customers.
• Check Delivery Orders (DO) against received items (quantity, part number, description, physical condition).
• Update stock in system, arrange goods in designed storage locations, and conduct stock count.
• Pick and pack items according to Delivery Order, coordinate with drivers/forwarder.
• Issue process sheet and COC (if required).
• Liaise with: Purchasing, Production, QC, Suppliers / Customers (when necessary).
