Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Logistic Assistant in Singapore to receive incoming goods, check DOs against items, and update stock in the system.

You will pick, pack, coordinate with drivers, issue process sheets if required, and liaise with Purchasing, Production and QC. Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a forklift license. Working days are 5.5 days, 8.30am–5.30pm, with OT and AWS as stated.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Possess Forklift License.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods from customers.
• Check Delivery Orders (DO) against received items (quantity, part number, description, physical condition).
• Update stock in system/arrange goods in designed storage locations/ conduct stock count.
• Pick and pack items according to Delivery Order, coordinate with drivers/forwarder.
• Issue process sheet and COC (if required).
• Liaise with: Purchasing, Production, QC, Suppliers / Customers (when necessary)
