Job summary

PENANSHIN LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a planning coordinator to manage daily truck assignments, coordinating with drivers, customers, ports, and depots to keep operations running smoothly.

You will monitor progress, prepare transport documents, and promptly respond to inquiries while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with transport management systems are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in haulage, transport, or logistics operations preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; TMS familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily truck assignments to ensure efficient transport operations.
• Coordinate closely with drivers, customers, ports, and depots to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely completion of transport assignments.
• Prepare and manage job orders, delivery orders, and other relevant transport documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and transport regulations.
• Update transport management systems and maintain accurate operational records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
