AETOS Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Logistics Manager to lead Logistics and Transport within the IESS Department in Singapore. You will oversee operations, inventory governance, fleet management and major event logistics, while championing BCM, AI adoption and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, fleet management or operational support functions.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and operational activities.
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, fleet management and transportation operations.
• Experience managing large-scale events, operational deployments or project coordination activities.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) or similar ERP systems.
• Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) principles and operational risk management.
• Experience leading digitalisation, process automation or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI will be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead logistics operations to support business and operational requirements.
• Oversee Central Store operations, inventory governance, stock accuracy and readiness.
• Administer Event/Uniform/Communications stores and contingency stock holdings.
• Lead annual stocktakes and inventory verification.
• Establish inventory control procedures and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure deployment of resources, equipment and consumables.
• Lead transport planning and daily operations.
• Manage vehicle fleets, maintenance programmes and replacements.
• Oversee vendors and contracts for transportation and services.
• Drive cost optimisation and service improvements.
• Lead logistics planning for major events and deployments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for successful event delivery.
• Own SAP MM processes and data integrity.
• Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics and green fleet adoption.
• Develop budgets and forecasts; monitor expenditures.
