Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, transport or warehousing.
• Class 3 Driver license and Forklift license are required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing and transportation logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in data analysis and identifying process improvements.
• Experience supervising and developing staff; familiar with safety standards.

About the role

ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operations of our warehousing and distribution operations in the North-East Region. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our logistics team, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimise stock shortages and surpluses
• Oversee the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for
