Job summary

ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehousing and distribution operations in the North-East region. You will coordinate daily logistics activities, ensure timely, accurate movement of goods, and drive inventory integrity.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics or supply chain, with Class 3 driving and forklift licenses. You will lead a team, liaise with customers and suppliers, and pursue continuous process improvements across storage,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, transport or warehousing.
• Class 3 Driver license and Forklift license are required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing and transportation logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in data analysis and identifying process improvements.
• Experience supervising and developing staff; familiar with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimise shortages and surpluses.
• Oversee loading, unloading, and transportation of goods with adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in performing deliveries when required.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics records including shipments and inventory movements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Provide training and support to the logistics team.
