Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant logistics, warehousing or supply-chain experience.
• Experience designing and implementing logistics or warehouse solutions.
• Experience with costing, proposals and project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clients' warehouse, inventory, transport and fulfilment requirements.
• Design cost-effective logistics solutions, workflows and operating models.
• Conduct site assessments, process mapping, capacity analysis and productivity studies.
• Prepare manpower, equipment, space and implementation plans for client operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse clients' warehouse, inventory, transport and fulfilment requirements.
• Design cost-effective logistics solutions, workflows and operating models.
• Conduct site assessments, process mapping, capacity analysis and productivity studies.
• Prepare manpower, equipment, space and implementation plans for client operations.
• Develop costing models, quotations, tender responses and commercial proposals.
• Work with management to assess contract feasibility, risk and profitability.
• Design warehouse layouts, storage processes and material-flow arrangements.
• Establish key performance indicators, service levels and operational-reporting methods.
• Lead the implementation and operational handover of new client projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, transport providers and operational teams.
• Review existing operations and recommend improvements in productivity, accuracy and cost.
• Monitor project timelines, implementation budgets and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant logistics, warehousing or supply-chain experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing logistics or warehouse solutions.
• Experience in operational costing, commercial proposals and project implementation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, capacity planning and workforce productivity.
• Strong analytical, project-management and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and operational reporting.
• Experience with warehouse-management or inventory-management systems is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel to client locations within Singapore for assessments and implementations.
