Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a Logistics Officer to support the Logistics Supervisor and Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day operations on site in Singapore. The role involves manpower coordination, safety compliance, and end-to-end material support using the Authority’s IT systems.

Responsibilities include warehouse management, stock control, event setup, and assisting in monthly management and audit reports. Security clearance up to CAT 2A is required.

Qualifications

• ITE certification or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks and site activities.
• Security clearance to CAT 2A is required.
• At least three years in Supply Chain or Logistics with stock management; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and deploying manpower to meet project requirements.
• Support daily site operations and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock management.
• Provide end-to-end material support using IT systems and assist in monthly reports.
• Arrange loading/unloading of items and support events as required.
