Surbana Jurong is seeking a Logistics Officer to support field operations at Changi. You will assist the Logistics Supervisor and Project Manager with manpower planning, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires readiness for security clearance up to CAT 2A, ITE certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in supply chain or logistics is preferred, with SAP knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Required to be security cleared up to CAT 2A.
• Minimum ITE certification or equivalent.
• Literacy in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Medically fit to perform the functions stated in the scope of work.
• Preferred 3+ years in Supply Chain or Logistics with stock management and SAP experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and deploying manpower to meet project requirements.
• Support daily site operations and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Participate in incident reporting and investigations.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock management.
• Loading/unloading of items from vessels and related logistics tasks.
• Provide end-to-end material support using Authority IT systems.
