Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities to achieve company sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in logistics, transportation, warehousing and freight services.
• Prepare sales quotations, service proposals and customer agreements.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Supervise sales staff, assign tasks and monitor individual performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
• Negotiate service rates and commercial terms with customers within company guidelines.
• Assist management in implementing sales strategies and expanding the customer base.
