Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Admin (Logistics documentation) to handle quotations, orders and customer inquiries at our Kallang location.

You will process sales orders, update customers on delivery status, coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and support invoicing and payment follow-up. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred, and shipping documentation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, A-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service or logistics coordination.
• Exposure to shipping or delivery documentation is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
• Process sales orders and update customers on delivery status.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment.
• Support invoicing, payment follow-up and sales admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, factories and service providers on order status and shipment updates.
