Job summary

EnterpriseSG seeks a driver of logistics resilience as part of the Whole-of-Government Logistics Sector Resilience Lead. You will analyze complex risks to shape policy recommendations, design and run exercises, and develop activation plans with clear triggers to strengthen response readiness across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills to identify systemic risks and translate findings into policy recommendations.
• Experience engaging with public and private sector stakeholders to build trust and influence.
• Ability to craft clear policy papers, briefing materials, and presentations for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resilience posture of Singapore's logistics ecosystem through indicators and activation mechanisms.
• Map capabilities to bridge vulnerabilities in the logistics system.
• Cultivate relationships with public and private stakeholders to strengthen crisis preparedness.
• Design and run exercises and activation plans with defined triggers and coordination arrangements.
