Job summary

INITIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee logistics-related projects. The role focuses on aligning operations policies with business strategies, coordinating with logistics managers, and ensuring buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate will lead planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for new system implementations within operations and logistics functions, delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/SFL/Six Sigma/Lean Sigma) is a plus.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into project plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google apps and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic project plans aligned with business strategies.
• Reviews processes and solutions to improve project effectiveness.
• Leads planning, scheduling and execution of projects.
• Manages resources and budget across project activities.
• Interacts with stakeholders to determine needs and drive delivery.
• Monitors progress and adjusts plans to meet quality standards.
• Resolves conflicts and guides project staff development.
• Ensures proper project reporting and ad-hoc duties as needed.
