Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and ensure timely processing of customer orders. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and work with Planning, SQE and Production to address daily issues.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and SOP updates in a manufacturing logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree specializing in Logistic / Supply Chain Management
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Warehousing in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and customers
• Proficiency in administrative software, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, for data management and reporting
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP System is an added advantage
• Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
• Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Personnel to ensure effective and efficient function of the Warehouse operations.
• Manage and plan daily inbound & outbound shipments in the Singapore Plant.
• Plan and ensure on time processing & delivery of customer’s orders to meet on time delivery.
• Communicate effectively with Planning, SQE and Production floor teams on daily shipments / production issues.
• Monitor on time delivery metrics and reporting to management on Monthly KPI.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Create/update/change SOPs for Logistics activities.
• Manage daily store operations including storage, issuing and receiving of parts.
• Conduct cycle and physical counts and rectify discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness / 6S and Safety in the warehouse area.
• Train and coach new hires SOP.
• Collaborate with supervisor on inventory, storage space.
• Manpower planning and deployment of resources.
• Assist in data compilation for QBR/Management presentations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ensure cleanliness / 6S and Safety in the warehouse area.
• To train and coach new hirers SOP.
• Work with supervisor to manage inventory, storage space.
