BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a logistics administrator to manage daily order processing and support warehouse and shipping operations to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound orders, respond to enquiries, and ensure accurate system transactions and inventory integrity while complying with SOPs and customs regulations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
• Proficiency in PC use for order processing and communication.

Responsabilités

• Process daily inbound and outbound orders accurately to maintain efficient logistics flow
• Support warehouse operations by coordinating shipping, order administration, and customer service tasks
• Resolve receiving and delivery issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Process replenishment goods and coordinate stock movement from the main warehouse to the quick-pick area
• Respond to customer and end-user enquiries regarding order status to provide timely updates
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Verify accuracy of system transactions and physical goods movements to maintain inventory integrity
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors to support operational needs
