Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the related field is required.
• Candidates must be proficient in Both English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Applications.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, request freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, or trucking companies, provide freight quotes and logistics solutions, and negotiate contracts with carriers.
• Accept formal bookings or contracts from customers and review the terms and conditions.
• Book cargo space or sign contracts with shipping lines or airlines, arrange the booking process, and coordinate cargo pickup and delivery with trucking companies.
• Monitor the actual physical flow of cargo to ensure smooth and safe shipping.
• Track the real-time transportation status of the cargo and report key milestones to customers.
• Inform customers immediately in event of unexpected situations and collaborate with relevant departments to provide solutions.
• Prepare, verify, and issue various shipping documents, and assist with required paperwork.
• Accurately verify AR/AP generated by shipments, input into system, generate invoices, and coordinate invoicing and payment with finance and customers.
• Collect customer feedback to improve service satisfaction and support sales in maintaining long-term relationships.
