Job summary

rk recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to assist the Logistics Manager in daily logistics and warehouse operations. You will plan inbound/outbound shipments, supervise staff, and maintain stock records to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in logistics or related field, plus relevant logistics experience and supervisory skills. Excel proficiency and SAP/WMS knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse/inventory management systems (WMS); SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics Manager in overseeing daily logistics and warehouse operations.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise warehouse and logistics staff and allocate manpower according to operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Review and maintain SOPs; ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Prepare logistics and operational reports for management.
• Train and supervise logistics staff and assist with budgeting.
