Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers, drivers and internal teams.
• Ability to respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and urgent operational matters.
• Demonstrated multitasking, prioritisation and fast-paced work ability.
• Proficient with computers; well-organised and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily jobs, set priorities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and communicate changes in job status to relevant parties.
• Coordinate daily deployment of drivers, vehicles and equipment for efficient operations.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure on-time deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with departments, drivers and customers for smooth execution of all jobs.
• Monitor issues, follow up on complaints, driver feedback and service matters.
