Job summary

RTX in Singapore seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate handling of engines and spare parts. You will process goods in SAP, manage inventory and support shipping, audits, and compliance with a strong focus on traceability.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in warehousing or logistics, with a NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma. Forklift license and SAP knowledge are advantageous; working on-site with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, material flow, bonded warehouse activities, inventory control and shipping.
• Receive, inspect, process, and record engines, engine spares, customer parts and materials in SAP with accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Manage inventory with binning, storage, picking, issuing, stock adjustments and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure proper segregation, identification, preservation, traceability and FIFO control of serviceable and quarantined materials.
• Coordinate packing, shipping, import/export screening, and transportation of engines and parts with proper documentation.
• Investigate and follow up on damages or discrepancies and ensure correct quarantine movements.
• Maintain logistics documentation, reports, dashboards, and SAP records for traceability and performance monitoring.
• Support after-hours AOG requirements, audits, and compliance activities.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, material flow, bonded warehouse activities, inventory control, and shipping.
• Receive, inspect, process, and record engines, engine spares, customer parts, consumables, and other materials in SAP, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and within required turnaround times.
• Manage warehouse inventory by performing binning, storage, picking, issuing, stock adjustments, cycle counts, annual stock take, and inventory reconciliation while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper segregation, identification, preservation, traceability, and FIFO control of serviceable, quarantine, customer-owned, and unserviceable materials.
• Coordinate packing, shipping, import/export screening, and transportation of engines, engine spares, and customer parts, including preparation of shipping documentation and cargo information.
• Investigate and follow up on all damage or discrepancies, submit defect report, and ensure accurate movement of quarantine inventory.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation, operational reports, dashboards, and SAP records to support traceability and performance monitoring.
• Support after-hours AOG requirements, audits, compliance activities, and perform any other duties assigned by the Logistics Cell Lead.
• Mature and independent team player with good interpersonal skills
• Physical work including material handling and lifting within safety guidelines is expected.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehousing or logistics
• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in relevant field.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Certified forklift license is preferred.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Access, Visio, Power BI (will be at advantage)
