Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, verify order details and ensure accurate order preparation.
• Liaise with internal planners, booking agents, vessel operators and customers to coordinate supply schedules and vessel arrangements.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly by providing appropriate solutions and maintaining good customer relationships.
