The role emphasizes efficient warehouse operations and on-time order cycle management. You will lead a team, monitor costs, ensure compliance with local shipping laws, and optimize processes using SCM software, ERP, and WMS. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in warehousing or transportation are expected, with strong analytical and negotiation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SCM software, ERP systems, and WMS.
• Ability to track performance metrics and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan shipping routes, select carriers and negotiate freight rates and vendor contracts.
• Manage inventory levels and warehouse layouts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor operating costs and develop cost-reduction strategies.
• Lead, train and schedule warehouse and logistics staff.
• Ensure compliance with local shipping laws, regulations and safety standards.
