Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a qualified corporate/commercial lawyer to support the Head of Legal on regulatory matters and risk management across logistics and supply chain operations.

You will draft, review and negotiate customer, project logistics, 3PL, warehousing, procurement, employment, and lease contracts, coordinating with external counsel as needed.

This role emphasizes practical legal guidance, governance, and collaboration with business units to drive compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law with a focus on corporate, commercial, or international law.
• 2–4 years post-qualification experience in private practice and/or in-house.
• Solid exposure to commercial contracts; logistics/supply chain exposure advantageous.
• Strong ability to work with colleagues across cultures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to business units and senior management on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters with focus on logistics and supply chain operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including customer agreements, project logistics, 3PL, warehousing, procurement, employment, and leases.
• Liaise with external counsel, manage engagements, and track timelines.
• Support compliance with local and international laws and internal policies.
• Assist in mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and inter-company agreements.
• Attend internal meetings to provide legal input under guidance of Head of Legal or senior counsel.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare updates for stakeholders.
